We ship across India. Orders are packed within 1–2 days and usually arrive in 4–7 days. Shipping charges are shared on WhatsApp.

Exchange within 2 days of delivery if a piece arrives damaged — just send us an unboxing video on WhatsApp. No returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

• Keep each piece in a zip pouch or airtight box — air and moisture darken oxidised finishes.
• Put jewellery on last, after perfume, hairspray and lotion.
• Avoid water: take it off before a bath, swimming or workouts.
• Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. No polish or chemical cleaners.
